On Wednesday their is a chance of light snow showers on the island, especially to the northern side of the island - depending on where the occluded front over Ireland moves to. Then on Friday and Saturday their is a greater possibility that we might get some snow, as a front moves across the island west to east.

So keep a watching brief if you've got any plans for next weekend.
